Privacy policy
Last updated October 8, 2026. This explains what FC Lending collects through lendingfc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
FC Lending arranges business-purpose and commercial real estate financing, including DSCR loans for investment properties, by shopping your scenario with wholesale lenders. This policy covers this website and the forms on it.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms, plus basic technical data:
- Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
- Deal details: rent, price, down payment, rate, taxes, insurance, HOA and loan type you enter in the DSCR calculator, and anything you write in a message.
- Problem reports: the page and browser you were using, so we can reproduce the issue.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser information, processed by our hosting and security provider to deliver the site and block abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
How we use it
- To respond to you and give you rates and loan options for your scenario.
- To share your scenario with wholesale lenders so they can price it, and later process a loan if you choose to move forward.
- To fix problems with the site, and to protect it from spam and abuse.
Calls, texts and email
When you submit a form, you agree that FC Lending and its loan officers may contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by calls and text messages that may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any loan. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us by phone or email to stop contacting you.
Who we share it with
- Lending partners who price or fund your loan, only for that purpose.
- Service providers that run the site and deliver our email and form notifications (website hosting and security, workflow automation and email). They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to work on your financing and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Reach a loan officer on our contact page, or use report a problem.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, and form submissions go straight to our team. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Children
This site is for business and real estate investors. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
